i can't do airplane now cause i'm with people.i did isometric thighs and core instead.

I started a reorganizing project. Am working to reduce my craft area by about 80%. Still mostly in the planning and thought stage. Have spent some time thinking about what's there and what I can easily get rid of, who can benefit from the treasures I will be parting with. I think this is a critical step so when I actually start pulling stuff down, I won't have as big a system shock.

Sitting knee lifts DONE!

I did 64 on with right leg, 61 with the left. Did them while sitting in a Panera bread. :)

Don't worry, my "treat" is an unsweetened berry acai tea, I added two sugar packets. 32 calories will be added to my tracker. :D

We don't have any "rules" but I guess it would be a good idea if the challenge isn't an easily known exercise we should at least put a good description of what to do.

It should also be an exercise that is easily modifiable for all fitness levels. One of the goals with our team is that we do everything in a fashion that all can participate. We do have a few very active members on our team with limited mobility.

OMG! I think my clck stopped for about three minutes! That's how long it felt like I was doing my jumping jacks!

I did 66 jumping jacks in 60 seconds! Even more amazed at the number, I am extremely excited I was able to do them without my knees OR my shoulder giving me fits!

Thank you for that dare!

New one - can you balance on on foot for 15 seconds? If that's to easy.. How long can you do it? (no fair leaving the other side out of the game)

I can't get down on the floor on all fours because of my knees but I did modify these by putting my hands on the chair seat and the kicking my leg up out behind. Thanks for these I had never heard of them before. Will put these in my list of exercises to do.

seated torso twists with arms extended. Torso twist: stay stationary (sitting or standing) and extend arms straight out to sides shoulder high, twist at hips keeping arms even with rest of body.

Boy oh boy... Sorry if the description was confusing. They changed the fitness tracker. Although it has a lot more cool added to already cool... I couldn't find the demos for individual exercises. If anyone knows how to get to those, please post.
