From BSS3, the ones that use the incline are: Complete Body Sculpting, Total Muscle Shaping, Advanced Calorie Blast, Express Cardio and Fat Blasting Cardio. All are good solid workouts; ACB is considered an advanced cardio workout and FBC doesn't use the 14" position (similar to Cardio Sculpt Blaster, if you had that one previously).
Don't discount using older Firms that use the Fanny Lifter or regular step, though. They can be modified to use the Transfirmer, even the incline position. I use all of the Firms that use a step with the Transfirmer, even the pre-BSS ones.
My Fanny Lifter went bye-bye after being kept in the car too long; the heat/cold fluctuations eventually made it unstable.
