I have FIRM workouts from pre-BSS through BSS-4 (TransFIRMer). I use the TransFIRMer for all of them. I love that on BSS-3 I can use the 8' section for more intensity on the step tunes, since the FIRM box didn't have an 8' option, just the 6'.
I sometimes use the TransFIRMer in incline position for pec flys & chest press on the older DVDs. I feel like I get a better range of motion.
From BSS3, the ones that use the incline are: Complete Body Sculpting, Total Muscle Shaping, Advanced Calorie Blast, Express Cardio and Fat Blasting Cardio. All are good solid workouts; ACB is considered an advanced cardio workout and FBC doesn't use the 14" position (similar to Cardio Sculpt Blaster, if you had that one previously).
Don't discount using older Firms that use the Fanny Lifter or regular step, though. They can be modified to use the Transfirmer, even the incline position. I use all of the Firms that use a step with the Transfirmer, even the pre-BSS ones.
My Fanny Lifter went bye-bye after being kept in the car too long; the heat/cold fluctuations eventually made it unstable.
I have all the workouts from the Fanny Lifter and the Transfirmer. If you have Jiggle Free Arms and Jiggle Free Buns, in addition to Aerobic Body Shaping, Ultimate Calorie Blaster, Supercharged Sculpting and Jiggle Free Abs, then you have all the workouts that were made specifically for the Transfirmer. If you don't, they are different enough to try to find and buy.
As far as additional workouts using a step, I use the Transfirmer for any of the previous workouts and it works very well, especially for the Body Sculpting System 3 (Firm Box) since those workouts incorporate the incline position.

I have always had positive results with the transfirmer series as opposed to focusing on workouts without the step format. I used to own the fanny lifter series which I sold in order to put money toward purchasing the transfirmer series. I would like to have more dvd's which incorporate the step to keep my workouts fresh. Since I no longer own the dvd's associated with the fanny lifter I wanted to make sure the workouts were different than those released specifically for the transfirmer before I re-purchased them??? Also, does anyone have any workouts the use the step (any kind) other than the typical transfirmer dvds (aerobic body shaping, ultimately calorie blaster,supercharged sculpting, and jiggle free abs-transfirmer series) that they would recommend?????
