From CICELY360 - I usually track it and other workouts that mix cardio and strength training as circuit training.

From MCMIN001 - I have just purchased a Polr 300 to track my heart rate, distance calories burned it should arrive this week. I also have the wave but am going to wait to us it when my watch gets here. I also purchased the TA Ta Tamer as suggested it also should get here this week. I have set up an area in my basement it has my stationary bike a large screen to watch and do my Firm excersises. I am ready with the support form sparks I am hopeful I can do this.

From GAYDOSC - Hey, just wanted to say, I had trouble tracking correctly, and I took the advice from this thread and got a heart rate monitor. I love it! I got the New Balance N4 that has the chest strap and thinner wrist band. I love that I can wear it as a watch (it has a time function), too and it doesn't look like a bulky thing on my wrist. I dropped $70 on it at Target, but I feel it was completely worth it. I have been burning between 400-600 calories per workout, and I was definately not tracking them correctly before. I kept saying I was burning about 800 calories per hour doing a Firm tape! I was not losing any weight for the first month! I reset my goals on the day I got the montior and it gives me an accurate amount of calories to eat in accordance with how much I'm burning. It is such a help to have an accurate reading and now I'm finally starting to lose weight!
