If you don't already know this, collagevideo.com is a website where you can look up the various fitness DVDs, (The Firm and many others). They have video clips that you can view, and the website analyses each workout with regard to number of minutes of cardio, muscle toning etc. There are reviews of each video too. I have gotten a lot of information from that site. They don't have some of the older Firm videos, but it still is a great resource.
I have so many now that I have a hard time recommending, because most of them are good for one thing more than another. I could tell you which ones I don't like, but that list is pretty short. :)
I have recently rediscovered Maximum Calorie Burn with Allie. It requires the sculpting stick but I don't have one and I can get around it. It's a pretty good pure cardio workout! As far as sculpting, you really can't go wrong with Total Body Toner or Body Sculpt.

Oh man so hard to pick and chose, me being a Firm Beliver for years I love all of them in there own way but if I had to pick for cardio it would be UCB and MCB. For strength it would be TS and TBT. Hope this helps.
Hi everyone! I currently have the transFIRMer series (all but Jiggle Free Abs) & the resistance band & new bar workout. I am wanting to get more FIRM videos-I LOVE what I have, but would appreciate some suggestions. What do you LOVE? What cardio video is best? What strength?
