I think that's a good point about buying the transfirmer first. You can use the steps for a ton of different workouts if (who am I kidding, I mean when) you buy more later!

And I too got my transfirmer on craigslist--$30! :)

When I started, I was debating between the two also, since I could only afford one. I decided to go with the Transfirmer because I wanted to try something very different from the exercising I've done in the past, sort of a fresh start.

Also, since I already had a pair of weights, I didn't want to put my money towards more weights to start.

What closed the deal was finding the Transfirmer on craigslist for $40! And it was awesome not having to pay for shipping.

I really enjoy using it especially because I'm not the jump around type, so I like the action of stepping up and down for cardio. I think it was well worth the money spent.

Of course, I won't rule out buying the TransFIRMation system in the future...NOT that I'm addicted to the Firm like SOME people!

If you can only buy one buy the transfirmer. You can always buy wts separately. If you do not have to pick one, buy both. They both make you sweat!

I agree that I really like them both, but I think the TransFIRMer is more of a challenge with the step.

I have them both, and love them both.
I started out with the TransFIRMer, and I just recently switched to the TransFIRMation series and I love it too.
Not sure if you saw the other thread, but right now the TransFIRMation series is on sale at Target for $39, I believe you can still find the TransFIRMer at Target too.

That's a hard one. I like them both for very different reasons. Overall, I think I get a better workout from the transfirmer.

Hey everyone I am interested in buying The Firm System but I am a little confused in which one I should be buying. I myself have only known about the Firm since I saw the infomerical about two years ago on the
TransFIRMer™ System SPECIAL! TransFIRMer™ System
The TransFIRMer™ System featuring the 5-in-1 TransFIRMer™. This is the one with the two steppers www.firmdirect.com/firm/p/TransFIRMe

ystem.html

Now they have a new one out that comes with a set of weights called the Total Body Transfirmation System here is a link for that one www.firmdirect.com/firm/p/Total-Body

So I really had my eye on the first one and wanted to buy it since I first saw it but now that the second one has came out I am kind of second guessing and I dont know which one I want now.... (sighs) I just want one that has the best results and gets the job done..... So please let me know your opinion and review of these two products.. Thank You so Much----- Mariposa!!!
