Walking and walked outside in 38 degree cold, cold but did 3.08 miles and not done yet. Will lift weights and whatever I have time for.

I am a very easy going gal that loves people and wants to know as many as I can. I want to make new friends so I can enjoy more of life. When people get to 55 or 60 there are some that think life should be over but guess what it is just beginning. Maybe 50 years ago it was over but not now people are living longer and working in their 70's. I would have been if I didn't have leukemia and it does not stop me but I have good days and bad, so being home if I need rest, I rest, at work I couldn't do

I sure did, even though I really didn't want to! I've got bad PMS this month and didn't feel like doing ANYTHING. But after I walked for 15 minutes, I felt great!

Also in two weeks, my walking pace has gone from a 30 minute mile to an 18 minute mile!

Walk, ski and step machine. Strength building and others. Love Spark people.

I am a very easy going gal that loves people and wants to know as many as I can. I want to make new friends so I can enjoy more of life. When people get to 55 or 60 there are some that think life should be over but guess what it is just beginning. Maybe 50 years ago it was over but not now people are living longer and working in their 70's. I would have been if I didn't have leukemia and it does not stop me but I have good days and bad, so being home if I need rest, I rest, at work I couldn't do

Walk, swim, work, exercise on and on everyday. It is fun so I love it. Hey at my age and not THAT old i am just glad I can do all I do and more. Laugh, love and be happy.
