I love squats, so those were absolutely no problem for me this past week.

The exercise for this week is called Mountain Climbers. I had to do these when I was using a trainer and they tire me out quickly.

I tried them with bent knees, then decided to try the ones with straight legs, and I quickly switched back to bent knees lol!

I was able to hold the modified plank for about 60 sec before I felt like my abdominal muscles were about to rip apart lol!
