To resume exercising at gym three times a week and start body sculpting.
My February goal is to RUN! I have a couple of races planned in May, and I need to start training very soon in order to be ready. I'm so excited to have something to work toward!

If you run, you are a runner. It doesn't matter how fast or how far. It doesn't matter if today is your first day or if you've been running for twenty years. There is no test to pass, no license to earn, no membership card to get. You just run.
To incorporate more vegetables into my meals and drink more water.
