Today I had to push myself to exercise and could only do 25 minutes. My back is bothering me and exercising is aggravating it.

This morning I did 15 minutes of exercise before getting ready for work. At lunch, I squeezed 5 more minute in while waiting for my microwavable dinner to cook. I use the kitchen counter to do push ups, march in place and move. Every little bit of exercise I can squeeze into my daily activities will help. I am hoping to do a workout video again this evening. SP is teaching me to make time for exercise. emoticon
