Holy Yoga has really been a life saver for me when it comes to insomnia. After over a month of not sleeping through the night, I tried it one night - and fell asleep shortly after laying down and slept till my alarm! What a blessing!!
As Stubbornlove has said on here, a yoga practice can really help with sleep. I have found that breathing exercises (pranayama) right before bed can help a great deal in addition to asana (physical poses) practice. Here are two links that I have found helpful.
