The GT recipe box is a forum for posting your recipes.
I'd like to keep it simple by posting 1 recipe per topic.
The Topic should start with the name of your recipe and if it isn't self-explantory, what kind of dish it is.
Replies to the topic should center around the recipe such as ingredient substitution, personal changes or a comment, complement or rating if you have tried it.
Anything not relating to the recipe in the started topic should be posted elsewhere, such as General Team discussion.
Please play nice, comments should be honest but not rude and any comment should be taken as construstive not destructive. Not everyone likes the same things and there is room for all, because we are here to have fun.
The format of putting your recipe on the forum is up to the individual, but try to be as clear as you can to expain how you make it.
Putting the recipe in a sparkpeople cookbook or adding Nutritional Info is optional. If you do great and if not, then No worries.
I may ask to add user created recipes to the Team's GT Xpress cookbook. I will only do this with the owners permission and will give full credit where its due.

Also note all nutritional Values in the cookbook and on the forums are a general guideline, using different ingredents will change these values. So they are not always exactly spot on.
