That little whisper telling you to eat something and you'll feel better can become quite a roar. It's really tough to hold the line...but you did! Good for you! One battle in the wins category. You will loose some battles but stick with your strategy for loosing weight. The more battles you win, the easier it will get. Win enough battles and you will win the war. I can really relate to your hunger analogy...I have said in the past I was hungry enough to eat the leather in my shoes. D

Last night at about 11:00 p.m. I was hankering for something to stuff my face with. I had already had my snack that I put in my tracker and I was in the "You're Done For The Day" zone. Well, I was tempted beyond belief. I thought about getting a few pretzel sticks. I thought about getting some fruit. I thought about getting a protein bar. I thought about cheese. I stayed in bed. By midnight, I was thinking about chewing my leg off . The more I thought about it, the clearer it became who was behind this - . Oh yeah, just give in - just a little something. Well, I didn't give in. I rolled over - closed my eyes and went to sleep. This morning I was so happy with myself. What a good feeling that was - a lot better than a piece of cheese.
