Hi there. New to the whole sparkspeople thing as well as online support for weight loss. This forum really appeals to me to give me a sounding board to keep my goals in focus!
I've started officially tonight. My goal is to lose 58lbs. Just curious do you ladies take your measurements and if so what areas do you measure? Just the waist?
My current stats:
208 lbs (how do ya'll get the cool scale at the bottom of the post?)
I looked on weight watchers for a reference on healthy weight for my height...They suggested from 117 to 149lbs. I'm naturally curvy so will go for the higher end and hope to achieve 149lbs by years end losing 3lbs a week to start off. So 24 lbs by April. Sounds like a huge number.
Add more cardio and weight training to my activity
Remove excessive processed carbs (white flour, sugars, etc) from my diet
Plan a fresh veggie garden for summer
Lose 24 lbs.
