Still on plan with McDougall MWL and down a pound. Took long enough, but maybe now I have the ball rolling. Shooting for 108 by 1/08 !!

Sounds good. I'm going to stick to McDougall Program for Maximum Weight Loss. Today is day 1 for me. Messed up yesterday and had some Halloween candy. Wasn't worth it, it wasn't even that good !!

I'm challenging myself to stick to plan for the 28 days till Thanksgiving. Join me if you can. I'm going to follow the 21 day plan in "Food for Life", by Neal Barnard. The food is closest to how I like to eat. Today is Pita pizza for lunch and chili for supper.
