“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Two naps today so far... decluttered, dusted and vacuumed bedroom - that should be worth a few points... I should have taken a before and after photo!

Happy Weekend to you!

Your challenge this weekend may be a bit difficult....REST & RELAX.

Many of you are constantly on the go.
This weekend take it easy.

What can you do with your weekend ?

How about:

* sleep in or take a nap
*Stay in your pajamas
*Read a good book or magazine
*Rent or go to the movies
*Play board games with family and/or friends
*Go for a leisurely walk or hike
*Listen to some great music and enjoy the outdoors

Whatever you decide to do this weekend, ENJOY IT!

You deserve the beautiful and peaceful day.

Have a FANTASTIC Weekend everyone!
