j, i am hoping the guys venture out of hiding and join in here.
i am going to add my 2 cents in anyway. i need to fit into my summer clothes after gaining a few pounds back from my goal. i was doing well until i broke my foot so my immediate fitness goal is to be as active as possible within the limits the orthopedist has set and keep the calories down since i am not doing any cardio workouts while in this condition.

Ninty days from now will be the last week in August.
Other than TOGA the track, what are your summer fitness goals. How do you feel you can meet those goals.
