Just thought I'd let you know what I've found!
At Lorenzo's Specialty Foods,(1-204-253-1300)
1060 St Mary's Rd (at Dakota)in Winnipeg.
The owner/baker has celiac himself, so bakes everything according to what he can eat.
He makes wonderful beef and pork pies. Also, chicken pot pies. They are also made without: eggs, dairy or soy! Delicious! Around $6 for a full sized pie! He also has wonderful pizza pie dough(ready to add toppings yourself) brownies, breads, and other pastries-all gluen-free, but with eggs, soy and/or dairy. You can call ahead and pre-order.
