I eat a Baked potato and greens at Cracker Barrel with no problem (not sure everyone could)
There is a pizerria on Cauthers Pky in Brentwood and one in Franklin that are preparing GF pizza, I plan on trying that one shortly. It is owner operated and he is very familiar with celiac disease. He prepares on Friday night after the kitchen is all clean & free of cross contamination
I shop, and get all my bread products, at Wild Oats.
We will have a Whole Foods in the Fall. Can't wait for that.
