yeah...did that Pier 49 pizza within like the first 3 weeks of going GF...eww, YUK! It's tiny, and it's got the oddest texture, and you pay $19 for it. not this girl! I'll make my own. Besides, that pier 49 is clear across town.

Pier 49 Pizza in Salt Lake City had an article in the Trib about offering gf pizzas when I was in town a long while ago (they take a bit longer to cook I hear, so expect to wait a tad longer - a small price to pay for the opportunity!)

Maybe other locales offer this: call ahead to find out.

There is a bakery in Utah, Charlotte's, that is all GF. Their products are sold at Good Earth and Against the Grain in Taylorsville. Their Rice bread, my first GF bread experience, while not wheat bread, is still pretty dang good.
Against the Grain is a family owned business, they have a Celiac daughter. They are super nice, and soooo helpful, went out of their way to coach me!

(I was there shortly after diagnosis and concur: they ARE nice! I think that's where I got a loaf of Charlotte's cranberry orange bread - very good!
