I have had wonderful luck at Outback. We often travel so it's a good standby for a gluten free meal. Last year when driving home from a trip we stopped at an Outback just outside of Richmond and they were so knowledgeable about their GF offerings that it shocked me.
It seems that Outback is getting more and more gluten-free friendly every day. I am especially lucky in that one of the chefs at Outback closest to my home is a Celiac. Thanks to her, they have created a GF menu that goes far beyond even the usual GF offerings found there. Almost 80% of the menu is available GF, including Bloomin' Onions. How cool is that?!

I just checked the Outback website and the new GF fries aren't listed yet. I'm sure they aren't a great calorie bargain but as a treat, they're pretty delicious. I tried one off my daughter's plate and they didn't seem greasy at all and the portion size was good.
When I go to Outback I get the sweet potato with out the brown sugar and the veggies along with meat. I drink water so I don't have to worry about it having gluten in it. Don't like beer, only had it once in my life and did not like it, tasted like pure salt.
If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit. First, I love going to Outback because I know I can get a great meal that won't make me sick. I can't speak for any but the location in S. Burlington, VT but they are so wonderful there from the wait staff to the kitchen. We went last night because their Outback Special and Crab deal was ending. I ordered the Special (6oz Sirloin, big pile of king crab legs and a baked potato and I added a nice house salad. Our server told me that Outback Fries are now GF and that they are serving Redbridge beer! I tried one of my daughter's fries and they were very tasty. I decided not to have a beer ; ) but I do like Redbridge.
