Don't live in Texas but I do check out the restaurants on the web to see if there is something that I can eat there.

Dorothy

If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.

Texas is so big, let's separate this with the major cities. What are some resources in Austin for gluten-free people?

So far I know these restaurants have gluten-free menus:
-Lift Cafe
-NXNW
-Sushi Zushi
-Z Tejas
-Brick Oven
-CraigOs Pizza
-Garrido's
-Guero's
-Hula Hut
-Maudies
-Pluckers
-Jezebel
-Pei Wei
-Romeo's
-Wildwood Art Cafe
-Zuzu
-Zen
