I forgot to mention I love her directions and hope you do to. She'll have things like "as the meat browns kiss your hubby" or "while waiting for it to boil take a shot".

Does anyone else live at a high elevation that has already perfected some GF bread recipes? My bread machine is supposed to arrive tomorrow and I'm anxious to get started.
