I feel I should clarify my vegetarioan/vegan statement. Most vegetarians/vegans I know are so due to the mistreatment of animals in our food supply and using animals in labs, especially it has never helped humans testing animals for human diseases.
Personally I love meat too much to give it up but support those that make that decision. I do what I can by not supporting places that do animal testing for any reason and refuse to eat at KFC since they treat their chickens worst of any chain restaurant(not that they have GF food, but that dates before CD diagnosis).

I've never heard about them and looks good and reasonably priced and I like that they donate some proceeds to Celiac research. I just wish it wasn't the University of Maryland's Celiac center - I'm against animal testing and they proudly put out that they do animal testing, just for that reason I won't buy any. I wonder how many vegetarians and vegan's business they're going to lose due to this fact.
I learned about GoPicnic through the Allergy Expo flyer. Created for the airline food industry, they are ready to eat meals. Prices seem good and may be helpful for our GF kids who are traveling or away at college and need a care package.
