I love the crockpot lady!! I actually started reading her blog before going gf, so it was just luck on my part. Another good site often gf: 5dollardinners.com

I did her cornbread crockpot stuffing ... great stuff!

I found this great blog where this lady cooked in her crockpot every day of 2008. Her daughter had Celiac, so everything is GF! Check it out: crockpot365.blogspot.com. You'll love it.
