That is great to know! One of these years I WILL make it down to Vegas for the NFR and I'll make sure we eat there! Did you come across any other places that had GF options?

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Border Cafe!! Have never been there since diagnosis, but have always had amazing meals there!

Just returned from Las Vegas. Made reservations via. internet with The Border Grill located in Mandalay Bay. I had placed a request for GF suggestions with reservation. Upon arriving, the hostess noted my request and gave me a GF menu. The server also acknowledged this and the chef came out to assure me of no cross-contamination! What a Grade A restaurant! The food was fabulous to boot! This restaurant is the "Two Hot Tamales" from the Food Network!
