Some of these are official sites, some blogs with info for that country. If you want to translate and have Vista, you can right click, go to "Google Translate" or "All Accelerators", then down to "Translate w/Live Search" .. at least I can. If I need to correct something, please advise. :)

I wasn't sure where else to put this, but here's a link to the Whole Foods website.

They have a list of gluten-free, and gluten- and casein-free products that they stock. Of course, you can print this out and see what products are offered at your local store if you don't have a Whole Foods near you or you just want to try shopping around.
