I used to know someone who smoked a lot of pot and wanted to be more physically fit. So he committed to watching cartoons with his buddy and doing situps and pushups during the commercials. I thought he was a genius when I heard that.
Sounds weird, huh? Well what if we all commit to exercising a bit each time we get up to go to the bathroom? For the month of May, I challenge everyone to see how many 'wallies' or wall push-ups you can do each time you go to the bathroom. You can do them right in the stall (if you are at work) so no one has to know. At the end of the day, you'll get some strength training in!
