I am a former vegan or as my husband calls me a recovering vegan...sigh...it just got to hard once my mom died to only cook for one so I try to incorporate as many vegan/vegetarian dishes as I can...not to mention I can't have soy so trying to get protein to support the workouts was tough...I bought tons of cookbooks but made most of my recipes from www.vegweb.com or fatfreevegan.com/
I did find Jillian's protein powder is the most reasonable natural one out there :) Let me know if you find anything good...I need some new recipes to try :)
