You should see how many new cookbooks I've bought recently, lol!!
One of my favorite books is the Kind Diet. Lots of great info and I love how she is so kind about getting people to flirt and move towards vegan and macrobiotic foods.
I just got two new ones that look so good today (ordred from Amazon and on my doorstep tonight).
Clean Food and Real Food Daily.
I'm going tomorrow to a farmers market that opens tomorrow and picking up some yummy produce.
I have plans to make a vegan recipe I got out of Vegetarian times. It's a broccoli bow time dish that has hazlenuts, broccoli, mint, parsley, lemon juice and other things.
I also plan on making a lebonese lentil w/ lemon and spinach soup, a barley, tomato, red onion and kalamata olive recipe from the Real food daily cookbook this week.
I'm hoping to make it the entire week next week being vegan.
