This is so encouraging for you!!!

My weight is not shifting ,although I'm exercising daily,but I've not done any measurements lately.
Last week at church someone mentioned that I'm looking smaller but I've not challenged it.

A few days ago, I was beginning to despair of ever achieving my weight loss goal. Why? It seemed that I had been doing all the right things and I wasn't seeing the results.

Today, I'm in a celebratory mood. In August, my seamstress made a dress for me. Today, when she measured me for another dress, behold! I had lost inches - from waist, hips & breast. This is the best news ever and it makes me realize that my hard work is paying off and that I should continue and not give up.

ooooohh..now saw this..i don't get much time to log on to spark to keep very updated, but i will joint tho October is almost out :P I have been exercising etc., but tried avoiding the scale because i have been doing weights and i know that I put on some muscle...but will weigh myself tomorrow morning and let you all know :)

I started on October 1st and have joined Weight Watchers online to assit me with the weight loss for the next 3 months.

I started the challenge today and I'm excited. I did 30 mins of exercise and took some stats. Here are my stats as of today, to help me keep on track.
Weight: 178.4
Waist: 36"
Hips: 41.6"
Thigh: 24"
Arm: 13"

You can also participate in the Team Goals to stay disciplined:
- Exercise 120 min/week
- Do 250 ab crunches/week
- Dance to reggae, salsa music
- Don't eat after 7 PM.

Healthy eating fats, protein, whole grains and lots of fruits and veggies also commit to logging your meals on spark people and do not go over 300 calories at each meals according to your calorie range. I have been using my nutrition since August 23rd and have lost
8lbs. I am hoping to do the challenge and loose some more lbs by the holiday. Good luck everyone emoticon .
