I know I'm early but I need to get this in now before I forget. This is a personal challenge for me so if you would prefer to create your own challenge then post it here and let us know how you are doing.
After a BAD February I am going back to basics again and pledge to do the following:
I am aiming to lose 5lbs in March 2010 and my plan of action is as follows:
I WILL log all my food EVERY day and stay in range at least 5 days out of 7
I WILL do a MINIMUM of 150 minutes of exercise per week and aim to increase this to 210 minutes per week by the end of March (this will include cardio and ST)
I WILL do at least 2 strength training sessions per week
I WILL drink a MINIMUM of 8 cups of water per day
I WILL eat a MINIMUM of 5 servings of fruit/veg per day
