As the summer winds down for us in the Northern Hemisphere, I was thinking we could get ideas for some team goals. Ski season will be upon us in no time! !
So, what does everyone think? What are you personally working on that we all could use?
I know I need to work on my core conditioning so I want to make a goal of doing planks and jack knifes (where the ball is underneath your legs with your arms in the up pushup position and you push your booty up in the air when you bring the ball in closer to your arms) every other day after my workouts (whether I'm doing cardio OR weights that day).
If you have any ideas, I'd love to hear them and then we can get a team challenge going.
