This is kicking my butt! I can do the advanced on upper body and core, but the lower body is tough, I may have to do some of the beginner exercises with some of the advanced. Whew! I'm going to ski my butt off this year! (Hopefully)

This is great! I love how I can incorporate exercises that will help me in the ski season into my workout program. Plus, this is doubly motivating because I know I'm working to an even better season =)
We *should* have stuff like that in a sticky. I did a lot of those workouts last winter... I love that we have those workouts put together like that in one place. (And I don't think any other sport has a set of 10 strength training sets with an accompanying article here at SP... *we* are special.) ;-)
