That is a great link--thanks! It reminds me of how much the instructor focused on balance during that great bumps lesson I had in March... seriously, you get unbalanced, you fall. Period. I hadn't thought about specific exercises to increase my balance/better balance my muscles. Cool. :-)
(And I love specific sets of strength-training exercises which help with a sport. Runner's World Magazine has some good core routines, and I swear I feel taller when I run after doing those exercises.)
