This is how it works!!!
You decide how many fitness minutes a day you will commit to exercise and multiply that number by how many days are in the month of January.
For example: Let's say you will make a pledge to do 30 minutes of cardio a day and 30 minutes of strength training 3 days a week. Multiply the cardio minutes (30) by the number of days in January (31). You would PLEDGE 900 cardio minutes. You follow the same example to PLEDGE your strength training minutes (30) three times a week in January (13). You would PLEDGE 390 strength training minutes. Your TOTAL fitness minutes for January would be 1290.
