My favorite right now is: 2 eggs scrambled with sauteed mushrooms and spinach and just a little bit of shredded cheese mixed in. I use grapedseed oil to sautee in.

OMG........it was awful. I had two scrambled eggs, two sausage patties, homefries and hot apple cider. I did not eat it all and I refrained from tasting my friend's pancakes. I skipped lunch totally. It WAS good, but golly gee.....over 700 calories for breakfast? And people all around me were chowing down on something similar. I am shocked.

fruit and fibre cereal with semi-skimmed milk and two mugs of tea. I tried skimmed milk on my cereal but don't like it ok for drinks. Also I know I have more cereal in my plate than the 30g but stops me snacking later.

Johanna - You know what's good too - is if you take a piece of fruit with you or a high protein snack. Think a laughing cow wedge and a wasa with a plastic knife in a sandwich bag. That could go in your purse. You can get individual servings of hummus at Trader Joes if you have one of those where you live and then put that on some baby carrots. The problem with water is if I am really hungry then it really doesn't help. Just thinking aloud here.

Ada, it also happens to me but this week I've been doing GREAT or almost lol
Well today I ate for breakfast 1.5 cups of diced papaya and 1 oat meal ready to eat with brown sugar and 1/4 cup of milk...
By this time I start to feel starve, and I still have to wait 1 hour for lunch, so I'll drink more water... bye

I just got a SF vanilla iced coffee from mcd's. trying to save some calories for our admin lunch today :)
Well put a period after it and move on. Track what you ate and you might surprise yourself.
I always start strong and mess up in the late afternoon. Fingers crossed for today.

Unfortunately, the first day of my 'diet' isn't going too well.
I started my day off with a class of O.J. (not so bad) but was summosed to McDonald's in light of Secretary's Day to get Iced Coffees for the girls in the office... And I couldn't help but get myself a sausage mcgriddle meal with a caramel frappe.
Perhaps starting my 'diet' on a day of free-be goodies wasn't such a good idea...
Tomorrow I will do better.

Hey team! I thought it would be a good idea to start a 'What's for Breakfast' thread so we can track what we eat more casually and hold ourselves accountable publically.
