Since March is National Nutrition Month, let's focus on eating a healthy diet why not make it more fun by doing this challenge.
We all know the importance of eating fruit & vegetables, but how many of us actually get our 5 a day. With this challenge we will be able to eat a variety of fruit & veg and maybe try something we haven't tried before.
Rules:- *Eat as many fruits & veggies as you like. *If you only eat the inside of a piece of fruit or veg, you don't count the color of the skin or peel. For example-if you pick a red apple, but peel it before you eat it you count the white of the pulp inside. But if you wash the apple and eat the peel as well then count both colors. *Post what fruit and vegetables you've had for the day and from which color.
These are the colors we will use- *Yellow/Orange *Blue/Purple *Green *White *Red
For example:- *Yellow/Orange-Yellow pepper. Orange *Blue/Purple-Blueberries. Eggplant *Green-Grapes. Peas. *White-Onion. White potato *Red.Apple. Strawberries.
