My absolute best friend (next to my heart rate monitor watch) is Weight-By-Date 3.0.
I have used WBD it for a year already and loved it to track calories and exercise, but when I upgraded it a couple weeks ago it had a gazillion new features that do about every calculation I ever needed. That was two weeks ago and I have already broken a 6 month plateau by losing 2.5 lbs! The new stuff actually shows me throughout the day whether or not I am burning more than I am consuming, how far I have to go for the day and if I am getting enough for my basal metabolic rate. So on days like yesterday when I had a cheat :( I quickly readjusted my day to make sure I still had enough of a calorie in/out deficit that it didn't hurt me at all. I can track my measurements and it will tell me my BF%. I can keep notes in a journal, post progress pics, it is on my laptop (and they are working on an upgrade to the phone app to integrate again like the original did- which worked great too). A calendar view shows my weekly, monthly and total to date progress- if I hold my cursor over the little icons it blows up my calories in/burned details. I can create my own workouts to pull from when I need them (it adjusts calories burned based on my changing weight!), same with food (over 40,000 foods) Plenty of charts, graphs and print outs.
Well, it is helping me plenty and not so expensive. Good luck!
