Thanks! I'm sure that will help alot! I just have a problem getting into routines lol. I'm doing better at it now that I have a routine set for everyday. I do Pilates too!

Hi :) I'm new to sparkpeople and I don't quite have the knowledge I want when it comes to exercising. I'm a beginner so I want to start little, but I have limited exercise equipment and I don't have a treadmill, etc. for cardio. What would you guys recommend for indoor cardio and strength training?
