I have a lot of workout videos, some all cardio, some all strength and some a mix. I have dance dvds, jump rope, step aerobics. i use a lot of free weights (dumbbells). But I also have resistance bands, weights gloves and ankle weights for variety

Hi :) I'm new to sparkpeople and I don't quite have the knowledge I want when it comes to exercising. I'm a beginner so I want to start little, but I have limited exercise equipment and I don't have a treadmill, etc. for cardio. What would you guys recommend for indoor cardio and strength training?
