My favorite (and I usually have this with my breakfast 5-6 days a week) is watermelon. Especially now that it is summer and it's in season, SO DELICIOUS!! It is so sweet and light and crispy and just makes for a perfect morning treat. I usually just eat it out of a bowl. Also to spice up your apple/pears try pairing them up with some nut butter (if you're not allergic). It will add some flavor to snack and make them just as delicious.
I was told by one of the Spark coaches that I should eat some more fruit and I think they are right..I got stuck in this rut of apple, pear, apple, pear, apple, pear....anyway, I started eating cantaloupe this weekend and it's super delicious. I was wondering if you all could share some of your favorite fruits and favorite ways to eat them. I like things that are easy to pack in my lunches, which was why apples and pears worked so well.
