I have a thanksgiving day delimma. I am going out to eat again this year as I have done in years past and am wondering how to handle this situation. I am 7 lbs. below my weight watchers goal weight of 143.6 and have been since july 30th, 2010. My question is we (my mom and I) are going to mimi's cafe (an upscale though not fancy resturant in mason, ohio where we reside) for thanksgiving and they will have this for the menu:
Meal-turkey breast cornbread dressing sweet potatoes mashed potatoes steamed vegetables cranberry relish bread (includes carrot bread and a roll)
Dessert-Pumpkin Pie Chocolate mousee pie Bread pudding (choose 1 of the 3)
My question is I get 29 points a day and 35 weekly points plus I will "try" to exercise a little on that day, but, knowing that the dinner alone will be around 15 points, how do I prepare???.
