Hi...This is a personal challenge. YOU select the exercise YOU want to do....and how much of it you can do by the October 31.
My Ccommittment.....600 wall push ups and also to increase my walk time by 10 minutes, walking 3 days a week. ( I am badly out of shape so this really is a challenger for me.)
YOU can choose what you want to do...pool aerobics, crunches, sit ups....what ever you want to do.
SO.....1 pick and post what your challenge will be.
Then...2. Give updates on how you are doing from time to time.
