Hi! I am new to this team. My challenge will be to take 2000 steps each day and to do chair exercises 30 minutes each day. emoticon I CAN do it!!!

My DIL did Zumba for a while, I think my neice did too. They liked the dance....and I know Kara said it was NOT as easy and Really gave her agood work out.

I just saw this and think I will go for 200 minutes of walking - that is an average of 10 minutes a day so it gives me days to do less or other exercises and days I can push myslef a bit more

Did my 20 wall push-ups yesterday and today. Did my walking yesterday in 10 minute increments. Its a beautiful day here today.....it is truly Fall here in Chesapeake. Will do my 30 minutes after errands. Sorry for those who still have rain. Enjoy your day though! emoticon

emoticon - My exercise PLAN for OCTOBER is to do 15 mins daily - most likely in blocks of 5 mins
3 times a day ; but most important for me is to be consistent .
OCT 3 - 5 mins - only once but is a start

Well, I am signing up now and I plan to do my Leslie Sansone walking tapes at home at least 30 minutes 3x a week. I also want to go to the YMCA to either join the water aerobics class when I can or do exercises on my own at least 2x a week. I am working around doctor visits and other appts for my knee surgery on Nov. 5th. I also would like to join with Karen and do the 600 wall push-ups during the month's time. Hi...This is a personal challenge. YOU select the exercise YOU want to do....and how much of it you can do by the October 31.

For example...

My Ccommittment.....600 wall push ups and also to increase my walk time by 10 minutes, walking 3 days a week. ( I am badly out of shape so this really is a challenger for me.)

YOU can choose what you want to do...pool aerobics, crunches, sit ups....what ever you want to do.

SO.....1 pick and post what your challenge will be.

Then...2. Give updates on how you are doing from time to time.

I hope you will join me....and look forward to seeing what you will be doing....
