Well, totally failed in my last personal goals post. I have not been exercising hardly at all, and it shows on the scale. I am going to try to come up with chalenges involving things in The Hollows World, maybe get some involvement of team members and help myself at the same time.
Problem is, I don't have a very good imagination, so I think I need to check the first one or two books out of the library again and re-read them so I can get some ideas.

Welcome October Already winter cold here in Idaho, had to scrape my windows yesterday before work. I am so not ready for cold. Down to 140 pounds only have 20 more to go. Then the hard part really starts, not gaining it all back. I am so scared.

Still can't think of an interesting challenge. I'm not a very good leader. No imagination. My goal this week is to lose another two pounds. I met a intermediate goal this week. I can now wear size 12. It has been a long time since I have been in anything lower than a 16. Yeah Me!!!!

Well this goal is more than for this week only. Pool league is starting and I am a sucker for fried bar food and drinks. I have to really watch myself so I don't gain back any of the weight I have worked so HARD to get rid of.

Well, I finally did it Got below 150. 148 last Thursday. Goal this week, make up for the two days of camping and partying. I really overindulge while in the mountains. I did do hiking, so hopefully I didn't hurt myself too bad.

Okay back on track this last week. Moved up from Jillian's front and back workouts to the Full Frontal and whatever the back one is called. Same muscles worked, just harder and different moves. Broke a barrier this week my weight this morning was 149!!! Yeah Me!!!
Goals for this week, same as last week keep up the Jillian and Leslie workouts and do not sabotage myself

Didn't make last week's goals, flaked on Friday and didn't do Jillian's workout. Her workouts are so tough I talked myself out of doing it.
This week's goals STOP SABOTAGING MYSELF. I bought a cheesecake and a bottle of wine even though I know they put me way past my calorie allowance. Why do I keep doing nonsense like that?
My nutrition guide says with all the Leslie walking I am doing my calories are not high enough, so why can I not get below 154 for two weeks now? Very discouraging some days.

Well, I made my goals for last week. But then on Thursday I got a mad craving and bought a pizza and some beer. So for this next week, I will continue last week's goals and do Jillian's circuit training Monday Wednesday and Friday, and Leslie's walks seven days.

My personal goal for this week is to finish three Jillian Michael's DVDs (on Mon,Wed, Fri), and on those three days walk at least 3 miles. On Tues, Thurs, Sat, and Sun to walk 5.5 miles with Leslie Sasone's DVDs emoticon

Beginning of another work week. I finally went to the emergency room for my eczema and the doc put me on steroids. I have had insomnia ever since. Weird, but my hands have finally healed enough to stop wearing gloves. Just in time for 90 degree weather. I have not been able to do any strength training for a long time because of my hands, so now the personal goal this week is to get back into it. I have just purchased Jillian Michael's 30 day shred and am going to do level one at least three times this week. I think the steroids are puffing me up, gained back 5 pounds of what I've lost. Eight more days of the steroids and then we will see if that goes away.

Hands have mostly healed, except they are starting to itch again like the ezcema is starting all over again. Have to try very hard not to scratch. Still hurts to pick up the dumbbells, so only push ups, sit ups, and other strength training that doesn't require my dumbbells. My goal for this week is to keep up the cardio to not reverse the three pound weight loss I managed last week. Joining the race across the USA in The Darker Side of Sparkpeople team has focused my awareness on how much I move and need to keep moving everyday.

Hands are still swollen and skin splitting so can't pick up my dumbbells, have just been using my gazelle I can stand on it without using my hands, have maintained my 161 without gaining so that is okay. Sure hope my hands heal soon.

This week my goal is to finish all the sparkpeople sweatsuit to swimsuit Nicole videos twice and the cardio. The videos don't seem hard the first time, but by the time you are half way through the second time your muscles are really feeling it.
