On track since the morning thing. Got to go get some physical exercise.

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

That's OK. The challenge is only to cut out starches 2 days per week.

I'm doing good. I did a 33 minute HiiT workout, then had a big green salad (4 cups veggies) and three eggs for lunch. For a mid afternoon snack I will have a protein shake with extra spinach.
Dinner will be a ton of broccoli (2 cups) with some chicken thighs fried in coconut oil and spices.

I've had 5 glasses of water today.... I will probably have 2-3 more before the day is through...

Already failed by eating a round of unleavened bread. I had made it for church yesterday but forgot to take it with me. There it was this morning. DARN! not wanting it to go to waste...I ate it with some almond butter. Really stupid of me 'cuz I was so looking forward earlier to a breakfast of duck eggs and avocado. I'll have that for dinner.

Time to shape up! Summer is just around the corner and we want to look good in our bathing suits, don't we? lol

Here's the Challenge...

Stay hydrated; drink lots of water
get at least 30 minutes of exercise (like walking), 6 days per week
get at least 20 minutes of weight bearing exercises (like pushups), 2 days per week
Ditch the sugar
Ditch all starches for at least 2 days per week. That includes all grain, potatoes, pasta, rice, bread. cereal.... you'll be surprised at how you can break through a plateau this way.
Eat 6 servings (1 cup = 1 serving) of non-starchy veggies per day
Eat omega-3 rich seafood at least 3 times per week
