Time to shape up! Summer is just around the corner and we want to look good in our bathing suits, don't we? lol
Here's the Challenge...
Stay hydrated; drink lots of water
get at least 30 minutes of exercise (like walking), 6 days per week
get at least 20 minutes of weight bearing exercises (like pushups), 2 days per week
Ditch the sugar
Ditch all starches for at least 2 days per week. That includes all grain, potatoes, pasta, rice, bread. cereal.... you'll be surprised at how you can break through a plateau this way.
Eat 6 servings (1 cup = 1 serving) of non-starchy veggies per day
Eat omega-3 rich seafood at least 3 times per week
