Sure! This was today's menu (ended up with 44 grams of fibre)
Pre-workout: sticky bar (mixture of banana, almond butter and Kashi Honey Almond flax granola)
Post-workout: Weider Dailey Whey protein with fibre, 1 glass milk, 1 slice of Cracked Wheat, Hazelnut, Bran Bread, tiny smidge of margarine
Lunch: Spinach, peppers, sweet potato,garlic, chicken breast another bit of butter
Snack: yogurt and raspberries
Dinner: Xtra lean turkey burger, mushrooms, spinach and Chef Megs Fried Cheese Sticks (I made them with a LOT less calories by using 1/2 the bread crumbs)
Dessert: My homemade chocolate. No sugar. Used stevia and mixed in nuts, coconut and crisp brown rice cereal.
I just typed all this out. I just realized you could just check my tracker. lol
Today was a strength training day with a lot of calories and carbs (for me anyhow). Tomorrow is a cardio day. Less carbs and calories but still got 40 grams of fibre. I just figured it out a few moments ago.
Go ahead and have a look.
I try to use natural sources of fibre. But today I had some help from Weider. lol
