Great timing - I posted this on another clean eating team and hope it is okay to post it here as well -
My plans for today include going through the pantry and looking for any unclean foods. What I can't decide is do I toss them, or just note them and make sure I don't buy that item again? Mostly stuff like SF FF Jello and Pudding, SF Popsicles, SF Cocoa mix, etc. - those I know aren't clean as they not only have artificial sweeteners, but also have artificial colors and other chemically things. But I also have quite a few of the 90 second brown rice pouches and some soups that are mostly nutritious, but have sugar listed in the ingredients. Would you go ahead and eat those even with the sugar? I'd love to get other's opinions on this.
