I picked tomatoes, squash, zucchini, peppers (jalapeno, bell and gypsy), cucumbers and herbs from the garden at work. Picked several cups of wild blackberries from the "woods" at work.
I went to Whole Foods yesterday and ground fresh peanut butter, got quinoa, unsweetened shredded coconut, raw sunflower seeds, mangoes, fresh green beans, carrots, "raw" almonds (which are really lightly steamed because of E. coli from California.)
This wasn't a serious shopping trip, more of a "what sounds good" trip. I'll have to go again sometime this weekend, but this trip was pretty much outside aisles.

For the month of July, I challenge all you clean eaters to stay on the outside perimeter of the grocery store. (within reason of course) I expect that you may have to venture to the inner aisles occasionally for things like TP, dishsoap and the occasional canned and baking supplies... Also, if you want, you can post your shopping list here to share...
I'll be going shopping tomorrow, I'll come back and post.
