Yesterday I had 6 servings...mostly raw of F&V.

By the way, Becci, I take Juice Plus too. Just started this spring after getting sick for the 3rd time when my trainer recommended it. Who knows if it helps, but it seems to be! I take 2 orchard in the morning and 2 garden at night. I also give them to my hubby, my kids when they're around AND my dog! (My dog also gets a big serving of veggies with dinner, so that she can eat more, but stay reasonbly trim).

I think it depends on the fruit or veggie. Generally though, I would say 1/2 cup of fruit equals a fruit serving, but a cup of lettuce or chopped broccoli would equal one serving.

That's great BECCIE! Although veggies have almost NO calories (majority of them, anyhow) and fruit calories, compared to other foods also have relatively low calories and are full of water and fiber. Anyhow, that's my lesson for the day. emoticon

Yes, Ma'am. I do take these tablets, but I also eat the other fruits and veggies. Not only do I know they are good for me, but the take up a great amount of cal intake too.

Ladies... I just HAVE to add my 2 cents worth. I think that the tablets are a great way to supplement, especially if you were like say on vacation or pregnant and needed extra vitamins. BUT, even though the products is supposed to replace X amount of veggies, it can NEVER replace first hand nutrients from veggies, plus fiber from veggies. Your body absorbs nutrients from food much differently than from pills.

I bought both Orchard Blend and Garden Blend. I take four tablets a day and get a total of (17 servings a day) I think. I can't say I see the difference, but I'm not a sluggish as I used to be. This can be expensive though.
