Totals for today:
Sodium: 1663 mgs
Water: 16 glasses

I am going to the theatre tonight, so I have my own DARK chocolate bar (it's a small one) and the theatre here has air-popped popcorn that you have a choice of eiother butter or becel. So, if I go with the becel, I am slightly better off. I've already calculated all of this into my nutrtion tracker, and I am only a few calories over my daily goal. I even OVER estimated the amount of becel they put on, since evrytime I go, I think,....Hmmm this could actually use MORE of that stuff! LOL! And I usually can only eat about half of the SMALL bag, which still looks enormous to me!

WANNABFIT... I don't think BLACK coffee is unclean... I just don't think it should be counted as water intake. I don't think you count it as water anyhow, just a PERK-ME-UP. LOL!emoticon

Oh I'm guilty of drinking coffe-black , no sugar and I drink Crystal Light maybe once a week(Cherry LimeAde).

I eat basically healthy & clean 90% of the time. AM NOT GIVING UP MY COFFEE! UH UH, NO WAY!!emoticon

I only count water as water, also. I don't really drink coffee or tea. Well OCCASIONALLY a coffee, but Crystal Light has SPLENDA in it. Not so CLEAN. I used to like it, but it's a NO NO!

I live in TX and it's so freakin' hot here I easily drink a gallon a day!

My big thing is fiber. Sometimes I do really well, sometimes not.

So I'll try working on that this month!

I'm just used to it now. If I don't drink at least 12 I actually feel thirsty. I drink 2 immediately upon waking up, 4 more during my workout, 2 at lunch... so that's 8 already. Then I just drink throughout the day... until I have reached 16! :)

I just rolled in from yet ANOTHER trip. I think there is n ANTI-CLEAN conspiracy in restaraunts! LOL! Anyhow, tomorrow is a new day, and I'm ready to get back on the wagon and start again.
So, for the remainder of this week, I am simply going to track my sodium and water intake. Nothing fancy. I will keep my sodium undert 2300 mgs and my goal water intake will be 16 glasses a day.
I WILL flush the CRAP out of my system!
I will post here everyday and I hope you all will also! Today is already a BUST. emoticon
