I am going to the theatre tonight, so I have my own DARK chocolate bar (it's a small one) and the theatre here has air-popped popcorn that you have a choice of eiother butter or becel. So, if I go with the becel, I am slightly better off. I've already calculated all of this into my nutrtion tracker, and I am only a few calories over my daily goal. I even OVER estimated the amount of becel they put on, since evrytime I go, I think,....Hmmm this could actually use MORE of that stuff! LOL! And I usually can only eat about half of the SMALL bag, which still looks enormous to me!
I'm just used to it now. If I don't drink at least 12 I actually feel thirsty. I drink 2 immediately upon waking up, 4 more during my workout, 2 at lunch... so that's 8 already. Then I just drink throughout the day... until I have reached 16! :)
I just rolled in from yet ANOTHER trip. I think there is n ANTI-CLEAN conspiracy in restaraunts! LOL! Anyhow, tomorrow is a new day, and I'm ready to get back on the wagon and start again. So, for the remainder of this week, I am simply going to track my sodium and water intake. Nothing fancy. I will keep my sodium undert 2300 mgs and my goal water intake will be 16 glasses a day. I WILL flush the CRAP out of my system! I will post here everyday and I hope you all will also! Today is already a BUST.
