No I just need something that mimics a high carb that is not a high carb. LOL. I need something to get me feeling full since I'm on on a serious cutting diet atm. It doesn't have to taste like sandwich bread...it just has to look like bread. hahahahaha

I have made this bread a few times. It's addicting! lol

It sort of tastes like a quick bread. Maybe you want something more like a sandwich bread.... depends.
Now I'm wondering about the one you posted....

The best thing to do with coconut flour is to whiz it up in a blender. Otherwise you it's really hard to get the lumps out. You don't have to worry about over mixing. I use a regular bread pan and oil it up. You can also line it with cooking parchment.

I've got lots of recipes for paleo bread and coconut loaves (zucchini bread, pumpkin bread, chocolate brownies...)

Do you have one of those fancy mixers? And what kind of pan do you use? I am not a DIYer at all, but the ingredients are simple...I just don't know how to get it into a final product. Ha!

I make my own
I cut my slices quite a bit thicker judging by the itty, bitty thin slices I see in the pic. lol

They calculate that "net carb" thing. So I guess my bread has about the same amount of carbs in it if I were to do that also....

I've looked at these low carb sites. I guess if they pack a product full of fibre it's considered low carb.

Anybody try this? Digging the taste? Think I'm going to go ahead and order the coconut one to give it a try 1g of carbs and no soy or anything like that.
