I have this book and have done the diet. I try to eat like how they say a lot of the time but am not perfect with it. It is based on eating alkaline foods, which help the body stay healthy, eating acidic foods promote cancer and other problems. Cant remember specifics I read the book about 7 years ago.
I can try to find it and post more about it, like all the different principles plus too it has some recipes that are pretty good. esp if you have allergies.
